Centre North is the smallest Community Health Area in Vancouver, and home to 63,100 residents. A total of 136 physicians work in 36 primary care facilities. There are 5 Community Health Centres, including REACH Community Health Center, which houses Vancouver’s REACH Urgent and Primary Care Centre.
We are receiving many questions in regards to physician vaccinations and community roll-out, and are working to provide answers as soon as we know, please continue to reference our Member Q&A page.
This is a first step for members in the development of PMHs/PCNs. At present, the GPSC has allocated $6,000/ physician for this process.
