Join Us for our next PCN Engagement Event – “Planting Seeds to Support Team Based Care“!

This event is happening on Thursday July 10th, 2025, in East Vancouver.  At this event we will be providing general information and updates around the PCN Interprofessional Team (IPT), as well as engaging attendees on enhancing team-based care, IPT future planning, and building capacity within the IPT program. 

Who Should Attend this Event:

Family Doctors and Nurse Practitioners who have access to refer to the PCN Interprofessional Team in Vancouver. Whether you’re a seasoned healthcare professional or new to the field, your perspectives and experiences are valuable contributions to our discussions and collaboration.

When and Where:

• Date: Thursday, July 10th, 2025
• Time: 6:00PM – 8:00PM (Registration opens at 5:30PM)
• Location: Croatian Cultural Centre, 3250 Commercial Dr., Vancouver
• Dinner will be provided

To support participation, remuneration will be provided to the following:

• Family Doctors: Sessional rate
• Nurse Practitioners: Payment submission through NNPBC

**Note: Please register before the 27th of June to confirm numbers with our venue. A waitlist will be initiated once maximum capacity is reached. **
