Locum Needed at Hornby St. Clinic

A family physician at this clinic is seeking a locum from August 15^th, 2022, until September 30^th, 2022. The clinic is open from 8:30am to 4:30pm, and the current physician works Tuesday to Thursday from 8:30am – 4:00pm, and Friday from 9:00am – 12:00pm, however a locum can work any combination of days, including part time, virtual and in-person care. The physician would have access to two exam rooms, and there are one to two MOAs per FP per shift. The current patient panel is complex and full spectrum, excluding obstetrics and a locum would see an average of 25-30 patients per day. There are no after-hours or on-call requirements.
