TEMPORARY PART-TIME POSITION:

ConnectMD is seeking 1 part-time Junior MOA to provide coverage on 4 Wednesdays in July (7:45AM-12:00PM).

Responsibilities include:

• Managing received E-faxes: standard response fax back, add patients to records, standard email to patient
• Phone Follow up with patients who have not responded to emails/ not done their questionnaires
• Keep the patient record Excel sheet up to date
• Managing the inboxes and response (mostly to emails and few phone calls daytime)
• Upload the received questionnaires on patient chart
• Half a day to one day a week, presence in the clinic, to register walk-in patients, using Medimap, and minimal office work

The following skills are required for this position:

• Good organizational and time management skills
• Past EMR experience
• Proficient computer skills and ability to troubleshoot minor IT problems
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
• Commitment for at least one year

Key assets for this position include:

• Experience in a Family Practice office
• Customer service focus with strong people skills
• Quick and efficient typing skills
• An understanding of Excel
