It is an Oscar EMR based practice with hours Mon-Fri 9-4:30, no evenings, obstetrical care, weekends, after hours, or nursing home coverage needed. There are three exam rooms and one private physician office, seeing about 35-40 patients per day. The clinic is offering a 80/20 split or $800 daily minimum (whichever is greater) and 100% all forms, notes, and legals. There is free parking by the building, and just steps to Broadway Skytrain station. Patients are a good mix of male and female in all age groups, and the FP sees many personal injury (ICBC) cases as well.
