Located in the vibrant community of the Broadway Corridor this clinic is shared by two FPs with full-scope family practices. The clinic runs using the EMR Oscar, is offering a 70/30 split, and services a nice community. The have one MOA and and one office manager. The clinic is right on the Canada Line so it is easily accessed by transit. Working at this clinic a physician will see an average of 25 patients per day between the hours of 9-5 with a break from 1-2pm however is flexible for an incoming physician. This clinic serves a well-balanced patient population including newborn, pediatrics and adolescent care; women’s health; men’s health; geriatric and palliative care; and minor procedures.
