Work on a collegial team of experienced and new family physicians and nurse practitioners. Mid Main is proud to have a dedicated clinical pharmacist on site who also functions as a diabetes educator and assists in various aspects of chronic disease management. Mid Main is centrally located in Riley Park, within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. It is easily accessible by public transit and has plenty of free parking either on site or within a short walk. The patients at Mid Main are a diverse group representing all different ages, cultures, socio-economic statuses and medical complexity. Remuneration is through fee-for-service with a 67.5/32.5 split for basic visits. Forms and off-site visits provide a 90/10 split. Flexibility exists to build your own schedule of preferred days and hours.
