The clinic is located close to three other solo practices that meet regularly, and usually cover each other’s vacation time. The physician would like to sell or lease the practice to a new physician, and is willing to provide mentorship. Any incoming physician taking over the practice must be able to speak Cantonese or Mandarin (Putung dialect) due to the patient population.
