"Physician Peer Conversations - Spotlight
Over the past year, Vancouver Family Physicians and their teams came together through small-group events designed to foster connection, collaboration, and shared learning. These gatherings, part of the Physician Peer Engagement Program, focused on timely and relevant primary care topics from clinic workflow optimization to patient care.
The program invites physicians to propose topics and organize the sessions, creating space for meaningful dialogue, problem-solving, and strengthening peer support networks.
In this Spotlight, we feature an event organized by Dr. Carly Glasner, Family Physician at Seymour Health Centre and Team Lead at Family Practice Obstetrics, BC Women's Hospital. We asked Dr. Glasner about her experience (interview below).
