Physician Peer Conversation Spotlight

Over the past year, Vancouver Family Physicians and their teams came together through a series of small-group events to foster connection, collaboration, and shared learning. These gatherings, part of the Physician Peer Engagement Program, focused on timely and relevant topics in primary care—ranging from clinic workflow improvements to enhancing patient care. The program invites physicians to propose topics and organize the sessions, creating space for meaningful dialogue, problem-solving, and strengthening peer support networks.

The events covered a wide range of topics from clinic workflow optimization to staff safety. In this spotlight, we feature an event organized by the Medical Director of Keefer Medical. We asked him to share his experience:
