The Vancouver Division of Family Practice is pleased to announce the 2026 Annual General Meeting, which will be taking place on October 15 at 6:00pm at The Arbutus Club. Mark your calendars and register now!

- Time: 6:00pm to 9:00pm
- Location: The Arbutus Club, 2001 Nanton Avenue, Vancouver. Guests have access to free on-site parking in Levels P2 and P3 of the Parkade (in non-member spaces)
- Registration: Please register through Eventbrite
- Cost: FREE for Division members, but registration required
- Remuneration: By attending the AGM, members will take part in the AGM business meeting and vote on motions. Physician Members will receive 1 hour of remuneration at the current sessional rate.
2026 Membership Vote
This year there are four (4) Board of Director positions open for election – 3 FP Member Director positions and 1 Resident Member Director position. Please visit our Membership Vote webpage for full details. The nominations period is now open.
Please note that only Resident and Actively Practicing members of the Vancouver Division are eligible to participate in the Board nominations and elections process. Retired members are unable to participate in the vote but are welcome and encouraged to attend the AGM.
