Road to Recovery is BC’s model of care for people who want to change their relationship with substances. In Vancouver, it brings together assessment, withdrawal management (detox), treatment, and aftercare into a more coordinated recovery system. This session will explain how that system works after you refer a patient and where primary care fits into their ongoing care.
