On July 21st, 2022, the Vancouver Divisions of Family Practice hosted an event to allow members to gather in person and online to hear from partner organizations on what they are doing to address the current primary care crisis in Vancouver. Leaders from the Doctors of BC, BC Family Doctors, The College of BC Family Doctors and the General Practice Services Committee attended to share their ongoing plans to support family doctors in the province.
60 Members attended the in-person event at the Arbutus Club and over 120 members joined in online to hear from the partners and bring their questions forward.
