Introduction
Great news! This year, if you've already hosted an event, you have the opportunity to apply for a follow up event if you feel there is more to discuss!
As the event organizer you are free to submit an application for a follow up event, or any other Family Practitioner who attended your event can apply and host.
Applications to host a follow up are open now until Nov. 30th, 2026 (applications will be reviewed as they are received).
Events must be held by Feb. 19th, 2027.
