Raven Song Community Health Centre, located in the vibrant Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, is looking to grow their team. This community health centre primarily provides in-person appointments, and some virtual appointments. The patient population consists of individuals living with complex clinical and psychosocial needs who are often vulnerable, underserved, and require a higher intensity of services to achieve and maintain functional stability.
