WELL Health – Fraser Medical Clinic puts patients and their family's health first. We are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes. Our clinic is in one of Vancouver's fast-growing, high-density areas; it is in the centre of Vancouver next to Langara and a nearby drive into Richmond. It is only a short 15-minute drive from downtown Vancouver and Richmond. This has recently been a revitalized up and coming trending neighbourhood with new young families in a mature community. This is a location that is highly desired due to the high walkability score to everything you need.

Our Fraser location is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused MOA support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home.

• Shared access with 1 exam room during shifts, clinic has 8 exam rooms
• Shared office space
• Profile EMR

Hours: Flexible! The clinic opens from 8:30am Mon to Fri, and from 9am Sat & Sun The new practitioner will work out a schedule with the clinic. *No strict policy around time off *clinic hours are subject to change based on practitioner's availability.

Hospital and ER Dept shifts: These are not part of the expectation of our community or clinic.

Staff: The clinic currently has 6 physicians working part-time and full-time, as well as an office manager, and MOAs who can all help with the transition process.

Files: The Clinic is currently using Profile EMR. There are no paper charts associated with the practice
