Mid-Main Community Health Centre is more than just a healthcare clinic—we’re a vibrant, community-governed, non-profit organization committed to delivering high-quality, team-based primary care. Located in a brand new facility in Mount Pleasant, we serve a diverse patient population and provide a wide range of integrated services, including:

• Full-scope family medicine
• On-site dental services
• Pharmacy support
• A parent support program for families with children (ages 0-3)

Our primary care team includes 7 Family Physicians, 4 Nurse Practitioners, 2 Registered Nurses, 4 Medical Office Assistants, a Clinic Manager, and 2 on-site clinical pharmacists, all working together to provide comprehensive patient-centered care. The clinic has 8 exam rooms.

User-Friendly Technology & Information Systems – We use Oscar OSP with Cortico online booking to streamline administrative tasks. Our clinic supports the use of AI scribe technology and other tools to optimize workflow.
