Seymour Health Centre, an innovative clinic in False Creek, is looking to grow their team. The clinic operates as a hybrid walk-in and family practice (FPs and NPs) and is supported by consulting specialists, allied health professionals, nursing staff, billing clerks, in-house IT, admin and MOA staff all working together and learning from one another. With 60 exam rooms and 65 physicians and NPs, the clinic provides both virtual and in-person appointments to a full-spectrum patient population. Strong primary and community-based care provides the best access, the best patient and clinician experience, and the best system value through longitudinal relationships and diversion of traditionally facility-based services.
Hours:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm
- Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
