Family Physician Opportunity – Shaughnessy Medical Clinic (Vancouver)

Shaughnessy Medical Clinic, in the prestigious Oak/Shaughnessy neighbourhood, is seeking full-time or part-time Family Physicians – new to practice or experienced – to join a collegial team of three physicians. The clinic is minutes from VGH, BC Women’s, and BC Children’s Hospital.

Clinic & Support

• Fully renovated, modern clinic with 6 exam rooms and 1 shared physician office
• Experienced, efficient MOAs and strong administrative support
• EMR: TELUS Med Access with AI-assisted documentation (Tali AI)
• Supportive, stable and pro-physician work environment

Compensation

• Competitive, graduated overhead to support onboarding:
  • 0% – Month 1
  • 10% – Months 2–3
  • 20% – Months 4–12
  • 25% thereafter
• No overhead on LFP patient panel payments

Schedule & Autonomy

• Full physician autonomy over clinic days and hours, patient volume and appointment structure
• Work as much or as little as you choose and no on-call responsibilities
