PCN 6 Featured Clinic: Welcome Oasis MD!
Oasis MD is a new clinic offering full service family medicine, walk-in and aesthetic services located in the Marpole neighborhood of PCN 6. They opened in October of 2023.
What do you like about your community?
The Marpole community is not too big and not too small. A lot of eclectic local shops and small businesses which makes the area feel close to home. It is also along one of the busiest roads in the city making it an easily accessible place to work.
What is a recent success you feel you’ve experienced in your clinic?
This is too many to remember. Just being able to open shop was major as we suffered major set back right from the construction phase. Today we have many patients who regular tell us our service attitude is amazing, our physicians are also very caring and patient. A recent story involves a mother who was extremely grateful we diagnosed their child with an infection coming from overseas and identified it early before it got worse.
What types of patients do you support?
We are a full service family practice and we serve many young families and older patients alike. We have a predominantly Asian population at the clinic, but that doesn’t mean we don’t support all ethnicities. We have a few spots for walk in every day. We also serve a lot of patients with medical aesthetics and anti-aging requests from subtle non-surgical facelifts, zapping away pigments and moles, to smoothing out scars and skin texture issues.
We are looking forward to growing our team with caring physicians and allied health care staff. Our clinic’s values are relationships, integrity and service. That’s what our patients have come to expect as the standard!
