Updated IPT Referral Form for Profile Clinics
We are pleased to announce that the Profile EMR referral form created for clinics participating in the IPT referral program has been updated to pre-populate provider data, and should also pre-populate patient demographics. It should now be available to all Profile EMR clinics who are participating in the IPT program.
If you are a clinic who uses Profile and is participating in the IPT referral program, you can find and update the IPT referral form by navigating to your form templates folder and searching for the IPT referral form, and using the version that has "updated" appended on the end.
As you would with any update to a referral form, make sure that you delete all copies of the old form (eg. on your desktop or in a folder) to avoid accidentally using it instead of the updated version.
