The second annual MOA networking event was held on November 25th, 2025. Seventy guests, including MOAs, Clinic Managers, and partner organizations (SWITCHBC and DoBC Practice Support Coaches), attended the event, which celebrated clinic staff across Vancouver and the accomplishments of the Vancouver MOA Network over the past year. These accomplishments included the launch of an MOA Peer Platform on WhatsApp and an MOA Education Series. 96% of guests reported wanting to attend a similar event in the future.
Over the past few years the Vancouver Division has been celebrating MOA Appreciation Day each Fall. This is an opportunity to acknowledge the vital role MOAs play in the community and conduct a quick pulse check to understand the unique needs of clinic staff.
