The Vancouver Division of Family Practice and Vancouver Coastal Health have partnered to trial an exciting service called the FP Collaborators Network. This service can provide you with support by preparing assessments and treatment plans for referred patients with suspected mild to moderate OCD, ADHD, anxiety/depression or bipolar conditions. This trial project was designed in response to an identified gap in service for patients who need this support. The trial has been running for several months now and there is now an opportunity to open up to more providers and clinics before the program is slotted to end in March of 2024.
