PCN RN Program Evaluation Report

In January of 2024, annual experience surveys were sent out to Primary Care Providers and Registered Nurses working together in Vancouver’s 6 Primary Care Networks (PCNs). This year’s evaluations revealed areas of improvement from the previous survey, such as levels of collegiality within the clinic teams. The report also showed areas that still need work such as further clarifying scope and roles, improving communication and connection, and EMR training to support workflows. Log in below to view a copy of the summary report.

We want to thank all of the PCN Registered Nurses and Primary Care Providers who took the time to provide their input on this year’s survey. We are looking forward on using it to support quality improvement for the program over the next year.

If you need your login information or are unable to access the report, please contact your Community Network Manager for support.
