PCN RN Clinic Support
The Vancouver Division of Family Practice provides support with onboarding, orientation resources, and integration support for PCN RNs, in partnership with the Team Based Care Team at Doctors of BC. This work is done in close collaboration with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH).
Vancouver Division primarily support the clinic and its operational needs, whereas VCH support with clinical practice guidance, standards, and the RN's ongoing professional development.

Your Community Network Manager, along with the VCH PCN Manger and Clinical Operations Supervisor are available to support you and your clinicals teams in any HR-related/operational issues.
