Presented by Dr. Nick Mathew, this BC ECHO on Substance Use session will:
1. describe the increasing risk of stimulant use in British Columbia,
2. discuss evidence-based psychosocial treatment options for stimulant use disorder and how to apply clinical judgement to determine the best course of treatment,
3. describe pharmacological interventions that have been studied in the academic literature, and
4. describe factors associated with stimulant use and harm reduction approaches that may be utilized.
