The Vancouver Division will be hosting our third compensated MOA Education Session which will focus on patient communication and de-escalation strategies presented by Ashley Murray & Lindsay Ferguson, Team Based Care Coaches with Doctors of BC on April 16, 2026, from 12-1pm. The session will cover the following:
- How to communicate with a patient centered lens
- Developing active listening skills
- De-escalation techniques
- And a short Q&A
