The following is important information about your 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the board of directors election. The AGM is on Thursday October 24th at the Loft at Earls Yaletown. The nominations window for the board of directors is between August 26th and September 16th. Board elections take place (through online voting) between October 3 and October 17.
