Project Scope

This study aims to identify the reasons behind early retirement among seasoned physicians of Vancouver. Additionally, it looks to develop recommendations to reduce early retirements, ensure longevity in medical practices, and therefore improve healthcare availability for the community.  

Project Objectives

1. Primary Objective: Identify why seasoned physicians of Vancouver are opting to retire early (before age 65). 
2. Secondary Objective: Develop recommendations to address these reasons and contribute to solutions for career longevity.
