On May 26, 2026, the Primary Care Networks (PCN) Steering Committees, in collaboration with the Vancouver Division, presented the Let’s Talk Food Security Forum. The event brought together providers from across the city, community partners, and speakers to build awareness of food insecurity and improve provider confidence in supporting patients. To learn more about the event click here.

This resource page was developed in response to participant feedback from the post-event survey. Attendees highlighted the need for easy access to food security resources, along with a waiting room poster and a brief guide for discussing food insecurity with patients. We are currently developing these additional tools and will share them here when they are available.
