Clinic Business Solutions
About us:
The Clinic Business Solutions (CBS) team was created to fill the gap between member-facing VDoFP programs and network facing PCN programs. The CBS team operates in the in between zone offering behind the scenes support to internal division teams as well as external support to clinic leaders and stakeholders. Currently, the CBS team works to meet the three deliverables listed below:
- Internally, the CBS team works to enhance strategic and operational capacity of VDoFP’s internal teams.
- Externally, the CBS team works to empower clinic leaders to make informed business and financial decisions regarding clinic ownership.
- On a network level, the CBS team works to move clinics towards the optimal Patient Medical Homes (PMH) model through its services and programing. More information on PMHs can be found on the Family Practice Services Committee site here.
