This online series connects team members working together in Primary Care Networks (PCNs). Join clinicians from the PCN Interprofessional Team (IPT) for the next session in this engagement series, where we will be doing a deeper dive into the role of the PCN Occupational Therapists and how they support patients.

This event is open to physicians, nurse practitioners and registered nurses currently referring to the IPT.
