Join clinicians from the PCN Interprofessional Team (IPT) for the next session in this engagement series, where you can visit different breakout rooms hosted by clinicians from all the different disciplines as well as the IPT Intake Coordinators. Ask general questions about referrals, clinician scope, or just get to know one another!
This event is open to physicians, nurse practitioners and registered nurses currently referring to the IPT.
