FPON Webinar: The Role of Diet and Exercise in Cancer Treatment and Survivorship
This year’s Primary Care Network (PCN) Engagement Forums focused on Mental Health & Substance Use. The PCN Team worked collaboratively with the Vancouver Division of Family Practice (VDoFP) Mental Health & Addictions Committee and Project Teams to plan and deliver 2 events, one for PCNs 4, 5 and 6 in late September and one for PCNs 1,2 and 3 in early October 2024. A total of 120 people attended both events including Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Clinic Leads, Patient Partners and First Nations and Aboriginal PCN Representatives.
The forums focused on providing updates on the work of the VDoFP Mental Health & Addictions Committee as well as offering different discussion topics in 4 breakout rooms. Breakout rooms covered different mental health and substance use topics with various speakers from different partner organizations.

If you have any questions, or issues logging in, please contact your PCN’s Community Network Manager or e-mail pcn@vancouverdivision.com.
