IPT Engagement Series: A Multidisciplinary Approach to Managing Pain

This online series connects team members working together in Primary Care Networks (PCNs). Join clinicians from the PCN Interprofessional Team (IPT) for the second session in this engagement series, diving deeper into how clinical counsellors, clinical pharmacists and occupational therapists would use a team-based care to approach working with patients experiencing pain.
