Rise Community Health Centre, a professional and inclusive clinic in the Renfrew-Collingwood area, is looking to grow their team. Services are delivered by a diverse interdisciplinary team, working in partnership with other Collingwood Neighbourhood House departments and partnering agencies. The CHC has 4 exam rooms and 4 counselling/multi-purpose spaces, and conducts appointments both virtually and in person. There are 2-3 MOAs working to support 4 providers at any given time. The patient population consists of newcomers, LGBTQ2S+, Indigenous individuals, isolated seniors, youth, people experiencing homelessness, those working in the sex trade, and individuals facing mental health and substance use issues. RISE serves a large number of children and families and provides medical outreach to some low income buildings in the neighborhood. PLS is used for interpretation but additional languages are an asset; including Mandarin/Cantonese, Spanish, Arabic and others for the diverse neighbourhood.
Hours:
- Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:30pm
- Saturdays 9:00am-5pm
