WELL Health – City View Medical Clinic, puts patients and their family’s health first. As Canada’s largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator, we are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes. Our clinic is in one of Vancouver’s fast-growing, high-density areas; it is situated by Cambie Village, VGH medical precinct, and City Hall; to top it off it is only a short 15-minute bike ride from downtown Vancouver. With the nearby City Hall train station, it is easily accessible via SkyTrain. This is a location that is highly desired due to the high walkability score to everything you need.
The city of Vancouver is executing major infrastructure improvement projects. The Cambie & Broadway corridor will be one of the major benefactors once the UBC subway project is complete, making it one of the most accessible public transportation hubs via rapid transit.
This location is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused MOA support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home.
Practice Details:
- Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts, clinic has 10 exam rooms
- Shared office space
- Oscar EMR
Hours: Flexible! Walk-in Available. The clinic is currently open Mon – Sat. The new physician will work out a schedule with the clinic. *No strict policy around time off
Hospital and ER Dept shifts: These are not part of the expectation of our community or clinic.
Special Services: Chiro/Acupuncture, Teamworks – Physio/Massage, Sleep Apnea Consulting
On Call Arrangement:

Staff: Currently, there are 8 part-time and full-time physicians, as well as two office managers and MOAs who can all help with the transition process.
Files: The Clinic is currently using Oscar EMR. There are no paper charts associated with the practice
