This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks, its about:

  • Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment

Administrative & Technical Expertise

  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR), scheduling, and documentation with high attention to detail.
  • Support chronic disease management tracking by ensuring follow-ups, recalls and preventative screens (e.g., diabetes care, hypertension monitoring, cancer screenings) are completed and documented.
  • Process referrals, medical documents, and billing with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support clinic safety, infection control and wellness efforts.
  • Monitor client outcomes and clinic workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and enhance care delivery.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement by bringing forward insights, participating in team discussions, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
