This page is for members of Vancouver’s MOA Network! The Vancouver division’s Medical Office Assistant (MOA) Network provides a dedicated space for MOAs to connect, collaborate, and access essential resources. This initiative aims to empower MOAs in their roles within primary care and foster a strong community of support.

How do I get involved?
MOA Networking Forum
On November 5th, 2024 the Vancouver Division held its first MOA Networking Forum. 96 MOAs from Vancouver-based primary care clinics attended the event. The event allowed MOAs to connect with one another, be further engaged and allowed us to show our appreciation to MOAs who work tirelessly to support their patients and providers. The evaluation summary from the event revealed that 100% of respondents would attend another event in the future. You can view the summary report from the forum engagement here.

MOA Champions Reference Group
Over the past year we have been working with an MOA Champions Reference Group – 6 Office Managers/MOAs from Vancouver based clinics who have been engaged to help develop the MOA Network and supports. Read the summary report from the work with the reference group here.
