Introduction

Below is a list of possible improvements generally considered within the scope of the funding agreement for the PMH Connectivity and Digitization Program.

This list is designed to serve as a guide only. Funding is provided at the sole discretion of the Vancouver Division of Family Practice and is a one-time disbursement to support clinic security and technology enhancements. No sustaining funding is available. If you are at all uncertain as to whether the improvement you wish to implement can be funded through this program, please do not hesitate to reach out to concierge@vancouverdivision.com to verify whether or not it can be funded prior to making the purchase.

Please note that all improvements must be made prior to the disbursal of the funding.
