The Community of Practice (CoP) supporting Chinese-Speaking Patients is a peer group of clinicians, which is comprised of mostly Division members and a few specialists and allied health providers.

On this page, we have compiled crowdsourced resources from community partners that provide translation, social prescribing, patient navigation, and other Chinese-language services. We will also be adding resources developed by CoP members
