This in-person PCN Engagement Event is open to Family Doctors and Nurse Practitioners who have access to refer to the PCN Interprofessional Team in Vancouver. At this event, we will be providing some general information and updates around the IPT, as well as engaging attendees on elements of future planning and enhancing team based care in the PCNs.

This event will take place in East Vancouver. Space is limited, so be sure to register to save your spot! A waitlist will be initiated once maximum capacity is reached.
