Join Us for our next PCN Engagement Event – “Planting Seeds to Support Team Based Care“ happening on Thursday July 10th, 2025, in East Vancouver. At this event we will be providing general information and updates around the PCN Interprofessional Team (IPT), as well as engaging attendees on enhancing team-based care, IPT future planning, and building capacity within the IPT program.

Who Should Attend this Event:
Family Doctors and Nurse Practitioners who have access to refer to the PCN Interprofessional Team in Vancouver. Whether you’re a seasoned healthcare professional or new to the field, your perspectives and experiences are valuable contributions to our discussions and collaboration.
